For almost two decades, I have worked in Human Resources in various positions and industries. In key positions, I have built organisational capability, enhanced leadership effectiveness and led organisational change with a pragmatic approach to understanding business and personal needs, supporting companies to adapt to a sustainable people strategy.
In addition, I have always coached and mentored, helping people to identify their personal and/or professional goals and encourage changes in their perspectives and behaviour. I am intrigued by the unique qualities of each person and it is my core purpose to help people identify and understand their unique talents, to show them where their talents add value and to encourage them to use their talents.
Besides Gallup-certified Strengths Coach®* and ICF® member*, I have a Master in General Cultural Studies from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). And I have attended several seminars and trainings in the field of Talent Management, HR and Leadership Development, including a seminar by George Kohlrieser on Secure Base Leadership.
I am constantly developing myself, both as a coach and personally. I am currently pursuing my Associate Certified Coach Accreditation level 1 with ICF.
